Yes. The first phone call and the first visit to your home are free, with no obligation. We use them to understand what you want, look at the house and talk honestly about budget, then send you a fixed fee proposal.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to every enquiry within one working day, and often the same day. If you'd rather talk straight away, call us on 01352 386493 during opening hours.
Do you come to my house?
Yes. We usually meet at your home in Chester or the surrounding area, because it's the best way to understand the house and how you use it. Later meetings can be by phone or video call.
What should I have ready before we talk?
Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly what you'd like to change, a rough budget, and when you'd like to start. Photos of the house and any old plans or planning history are useful but not essential.
