The client appointed Studio 9 Architecture to develop a carefully considered residential scheme in North Wales, creating attractive new-build homes that complement the established setting. The brief focused on delivering a strong sense of place, efficient layouts, high-quality external spaces and an architectural character informed by local materials and traditional proportions.
THE BRIEF
The proposed scheme combines contemporary residential architecture with familiar forms and materials suited to its North Wales context. Pitched roofs, articulated gables, natural stone, brick, render and restrained detailing help establish a cohesive streetscape while giving each home a clear identity.
