Project Description.

This project involved the design of a contemporary rear extension to an existing dwelling in Flintshire. The scheme creates a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space with a strong connection to the garden, achieved through large-format glazing and carefully framed views. A restrained palette of brick, timber cladding, and dark metal detailing was used to complement the existing house while clearly expressing the new intervention.
